Who runs Ipswich Kart Club

Ipswich Kart Club Inc. runs the track. The track is at Ipswich Motorsport Precinct, 56 Champions Way, Willowbank, Queensland. The club says it is an affiliated associate member of Karting Australia. The track hosted Round 2 of the 2026 Australian Kart Championship, 15 to 17 May. The club was established in 1958. Members largely built the Willowbank complex. First practice was in late November 1989 and the first trial race, on 3 December 1989, drew 153 entries. Private night hire of the track is available on request for Karting Australia licence holders.
