Questions

Does it work with my MyChron, RaceBox, AiM Solo or SpeedAngle?

Yes. If your logger or phone app records GPS, it almost certainly works: MyChron, AiM Solo, VBOX, RaceBox, SpeedAngle, RaceChrono, Harry's LapTimer and many more open as they are. Not sure? Send a short file to support@purplesector.dev and we'll check it.

Check your file

Racelogic VBOX .vbo, AiM .xrk and .xrz recordings from MyChron, Solo 2 and other AiM loggers, MoTeC .ld logs, Garmin .fit files, SpeedAngle .sa, GPX and NMEA GPS logs, and CSV, TSV or TXT exports from loggers and apps such as RaceBox, Alfano, AiM Race Studio, MyChron 5, MoTeC i2, RaceChrono, TrackAddict and Harry's LapTimer. In Chrome or Edge, a RaceBox Mini S or Micro can also be downloaded straight from the logger over Bluetooth. GPX and NMEA files carry position and time only, so there is no measured g-force or pedal data. AiM's own .xrk and .xrz files, Race Studio 2 .drk sessions (with the .gpk beside them for the map) and MoTeC's .ld files open directly, with no export. Any other CSV, TSV or TXT export with time and GPS or speed columns will usually open too: the importer shows how it read each column and lets you correct any it got wrong. Step-by-step export guides, including MyChron and AiM and RaceBox.

Is the first debrief really free?

Yes. One AI debrief on your own laps, with no card. You also keep every analysis tool, unlimited recordings in your browser and 25 saved cloud sessions. The free debrief is a one-off; it does not renew. Your own file opens without an account too, analysed in your browser and not saved; saving, sync between devices and AI Coach need the free account. Is my data private?

Analysis runs in your browser. Sessions you save go to your own account, with a review copy retained. AI Coach receives selected measurements and simplified corner paths, not your complete recording. Video never leaves your device. Read the privacy details.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

Yes. Cancel any time from Billing; Coach stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Next track day guarantee: if Coach or a debrief pack isn’t worth it, email support@purplesector.dev within 30 days of buying it for a full refund. For Coach this covers your first payment, monthly or annual, not later renewals. Your saved debriefs, any unused purchased ones and every analysis tool stay with you. Statutory rights are unaffected.
